Smock policy smocks are provided specifically to protect your clothes from chemical damage. Please remove clothes before putting on smock as we can not be responsible for damaged items.
Arrivals please arrive 10-15 min before your service, by arriving early it gives you time to change into a smock enjoy a beverage and relax. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 mi. late it is up to your designer weather they can provide the full service requested.
Guarantee we want to provide quality service for our guests. If at any time you would like to try another designer please feel free. If you are not completely satisfied with your service please notify management.
